What is eSupport?

eSupport is the web hosted support site you are currently using.  It is the preferred method for creating support request with Direct ConneX.

eSupport allows full ticketed support with e-mail management as well as reporting, workflow, SLA, and ticket scheduling.   As a user of eSupport, you are able to enter support request tickets into the system using a easy web interface.   You also have access to our Knowledgebase and Troubleshooter.
